PURPOSE: An aqueous type conductive polymer is provided to obtain excellent stability in case applied to an organic type hard coating composition, thereby capable of obtaining an antistatic hardcoating composition capable of obtaining excellent antistatic performance. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous type conductive polymer dispersion is that aqueous conductive polymer is added and dispersed in a (meth)acrylate oligomer indicated in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is hydrogen or CH3, R is a C1-20 hetero atom-containing or not containing aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon, Y is a C3-80 hetero atom-containing or not containing aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon which comprises (meth)acrylate group with a functional number of 1-6, and n is an integer from 5-100.
