PURPOSE: A medicinal composition and a manufacturing method of medicinal composition are provided to stably store and deliver allergen which is known for bad thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A medicinal composition contains allergen, organic acid salt, inorganic acid salt or a pH modifier. The allergen is cedar pollen allergen protein. The medicinal composition additionally includes gelatin. The medicinal composition additionally includes water. The pH modifier controls the pH within the range of 5.5-8.5. The pH modifier is acetic acid, phosphoric acid, boric acid or a mixture thereof, NaOH or sodium carbonate. The medicinal composition is in solid formulation, liquid formulation or jelly agent. The medicinal composition is used as the oral administration. The medicinal composition is used as hyposensitization therapy.
