PURPOSE: A method for preparing biological methane using starfishes is provided to reduce odor and to reduce the capacity of a fermentation tank. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing biological methane using starfishes comprises: a step of pulverizing the starfishes and collecting supernatant in a fermentation tank; a step of injecting anaerobic acid-producing bacteria and performing first fermentation at 34-37 Deg. C. under an anaerobic condition for 40-55 hours to prepare a first fermentation material containing organic acid as a main ingredient; a step of putting the first fermentation material into a methane fermentor and adding methane-producing bacteria; and a step of performing second fermentation to prepare a second fermentation material.
