PURPOSE: A card information registration method, system, and payment apparatus thereof are provided to offer a local communication payment service by authenticating the selected card information. CONSTITUTION: When authentication for part information of card company related information is confirmed, a local communication payment apparatus(150) receives an available card list. When additional authentication information for the selected card information is approved from the available card list, the local communication payment apparatus registers the selected card information. The local communication payment apparatus transmits a registration statement. A membership apparatus(140) authenticates first part information included in the part information.
