A hand brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent the damage problem caused by driving the vehicle at the state setting up the hand brake. A hand brake for a vehicle is composed of a lever plate(120), a locking unit(130), and a rotary shaft(140). A route is formed in the lever plate to move a lever(110) of a transmission. The locking unit is positioned under the level plate. A cable(150) operating the brake pad of the vehicle is connected to the rotary shaft. The lever plate includes a first route and a second route. The conversion of a driving mode and a parking mode is executed according to the position of the lever in the first route. The second route is extended from the conversion position of the parking mode to the side. |
