PURPOSE: A power transmission and reception apparatus and method thereof are provided to wirelessly transmit power to a plurality of power reception apparatuses by considering of the situation of the power reception apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(120) senses a first power reception apparatus when a power transmission and reception apparatus transmits power to a plurality of power reception apparatuses included in multiple wireless power networks. The control unit determines whether the first power reception apparatus receives the power using a power reception apparatus management table. The power reception apparatus management table manages the power transmission of the power reception apparatuses registered in the wireless power network. When the power transmission is possible, the control unit controls a resonant unit to transmit the power to the first power reception apparatus.
