PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus for the location measurement of a portable terminal is provided to accurately measure the location of the portable terminal using visible light communication. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus(100) includes one or more boundary bulbs(200), one or more internal bulbs(202), and one or more boundary light collecting units(204,206). One or more boundary bulbs emit visible light. The visible light includes the location identification information of a portable terminal. One or more internal bulbs emit the visible light including the identification information. One or more boundary units collect the visible light emitted from the boundary bulbs.
