PURPOSE: An efficiency improvement device of fuel cell system is provided to reduce unnecessary power consumption of a fuel cell system by controlling connection and disconnection of a power connected to an inverter. CONSTITUTION: An efficiency improvement device of fuel cell system comprises an inverter(20), a control part(10), and a relay part(30). The inverter controls a rate of a motor(50) converting AC power of an alternated current power part(40). The control part transmits control signals controlling a relay part by detecting whether using the motor or not. The relay part(30) connects the AC power part and inverter in a state the motor is operating by the control signals of the control part and disconnects the AC power of the AC power part applied to the inverter in a state the motor is not operating.
