The current output of the auxiliary differential amplifier (15) is connected to collectors of the first (1) and the second (2) input transistors, wherein the first input of the auxiliary differential amplifier (15) does not invert the signal phase, and the second input of the auxiliary differential amplifier (15) inverts the phase of the input signal.EFFECT: high stability of output static in-phase voltage of a differential amplifier.10 dwg |
