PURPOSE: A solid material mixed with food using avian eggs, and a producing method thereof are provided to sterilize the material to obtain a solid seasoning mixture. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a solid material mixed with food using avian eggs comprises the following steps: washing solid ingredients including vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, or other food materials; chopping or cutting the solid ingredients; removing the moisture from the solid ingredients before drying, and sterilizing the dried ingredients; uniformly mixing the solid ingredients; and inserting the mixture into a container, and sealing the container. |
