A method for assessing the effectiveness of treatment with barnidypinom of patients with coronary heart disease with angina and hypertension comprises the comparison of patients before and after treatment. Before treatment with barnidypinom to the patient at rest 5 ml of blood is taken from the cubital vein and the properties of liquid blood are determined by measuring the viscosity of blood on a rotary viscometer at different shear stresses from 0.020 to 8.8 dyn/smdyn/sm. Then after treatment with barnidypinom the sampling of 5 ml of blood is performed from the cubital vein and conduct similar research. However, if blood viscosity at shear stress 0.3 dyn/smis decreased by 7.5% compared with the voltage of treatment, the hemorheological results and antianginal effect are assessed as positive.
