PURPOSE: A transmission and distribution cable transferring method and a protection roller cover are provided to prevent the corrosion of a cable due to moisture by arranging a cable in a conduit without the contact with the inner surface of the conduit. CONSTITUTION: A protection roller cover is composed of a first cover(100) and a second cover(200) and has an inner space. A groove is formed from the outside to the inside of the first and second covers. An adhesion member is located on an elastic member. A packing(115,215) prevents a water leakage on the adhered surfaces of the first and second covers. |
