<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor light emitting device is provided to obtain a white light having a good color rendering property or various colors of light by exciting blue, green, and yellow fluorescent materials included in a second fluorescent material layer. CONSTITUTION: A lamination structure(100) comprises a first semiconductor layer(10) of a first conductivity type, a second semiconductor layer(20) of a second conductivity type, and a light emitting layer(30). A first electrode(50) includes a contact part(51) which touches the first semiconductor layer. A second electrode(60) comprises a first part(61) which touches the second semiconductor layer in a second major surface(100b). A second part(62) of the second electrode includes a bonding metal part. A first dielectric part(40) is located between the contact part and the second part.</p> |
