<p>PURPOSE: A capacitance touch screen panel of a bimetal thin film type and a process method thereof are provided to vertically form transparent electrode pattern layers on a side of a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: A refractive index matching layer(200) is formed on a side of a transparent substrate. Transparent conductive layers are formed on the refractive index matching layer in a multistage type. An insulation layer(400) is formed between the transparent conductive layers. The transparent conductive layers include a first electrode pattern layer(510) including first electrode patterns arranged in a direction and a second electrode pattern layer(520) including second electrode patterns arranged in a direction vertical to the direction of the first electrode patterns. The first and the second electrode pattern layers are formed on a side of the transparent substrate in a multistage type.</p> |
