PURPOSE: A device for discharging leachate in a bathroom is provided to reduce construction costs, and tightly maintain soil and drain pipes. CONSTITUTION: A device for discharging leachate in a bathroom comprises a bottom slab(P10), a waterproof plate member(100), a concrete layer, a cement mortar layer, and a water discharge unit. The waterproof plate member comprises a bottom(101), a waterproof film(103), and a space(S20) for piping. The bottom is wrapped by the bottom slab. The waterproof film is vertically formed to the bottom, and a soil pipe(40) and drain pipe(50) penetrate the waterproof film. The soil and drain pipes are buried under the concrete layer in the space for piping. A heating pipe(60) is buried under the cement mortar layer. The water discharge unit absorbs and discharges the water collected on the waterproof plate member. |
