<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow rate ejector with high suction force which prevents or inhibits pressurized water head from lowering and an ion exchanger which can stably supply a regenerative liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In the ejector, an annular elastic body 11 having a hole through which a drive fluid passes, and providing a function that makes a flow rate constant, is also used as a nozzle 10. The annular elastic body 11 is constituted to provide the function of making the flow rate constant by being elastically deformed such that, when driving pressure at the upstream side of the annular elastic body becomes high, the diameter of the hole 12 becomes small to make a cross section of a drive fluid channel narrow, and, when the driving pressure becomes low, the diameter of the hole 12 becomes large to make the cross section of the drive fluid channel wide.
