<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphones allowing easy recognition of right and left, upper and lower parts thereof and an electric cord. <P>SOLUTION: Earphones comprise: a pair of right and left earphone bodies 100; a plug 300 to be connected with other devices; an earphone cord 200 for connecting the earphone bodies 100 and the plug 300. The earphone cord 200 includes a left cord 20a and a right cord 20b both of which are extended from the pair of right and left earphone bodies 100 respectively; a joint point 20c at which the left cord 20a and the right cord 20b joint with each other; and an intermediate cord 20d extended from the joint point 20c to the plug 300.
