<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device that incorporates a heater for heating a die and an extrusion pin inside the die, especially inside a core molding die, more readily, in a die including upper and lower molds, especially in a core molding die. <P>SOLUTION: The molding device 1 includes the core molding die for baking and molding a core 3 in a cavity 4 defined by a core upper mold and a core lower mold 2 when a molding article is the core, for example. In the molding device, extrusion pins 5-8 for extruding the core 3 to demold the core 3 from the core lower mold 2 are inserted into through holes 11-14 bored from a lower surface 18 of the core lower mold 2 to the cavity 4, while single terminal type cartridge heaters 33 are built-in the extrusion pins 5-8, thus the extrusion pins 5-8 and the single terminal type cartridge heaters 33 are integrally combined, thereby facilitating arranging the extrusion pins 5-8 and the single terminal type cartridge heaters 33 inside the core molding die of the molding device 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
