<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered aroma product applicable to wide variety of commercial goods, because it can powderize aroma oil or the like, and render it water-soluble, or solubilize it in fats accordingly; and to provide its production method and its use method. <P>SOLUTION: This powdered aroma product is produced such that a mixture is prepared by adding one or more water-dispersibility-affording component selected from detergent cleansing oil, monoglycerol fatty acid ester, diglycerol fatty acid ester, triglycerol fatty acid ester, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, polyglycerol polyfatty acid ester, glycerol stearic acid and fatty acid ester, and sugar fatty acid ester, to one or more kinds of aroma oil component selected from aroma oil and essential oil; and the mixture is added to one or more powdery inclusion components selected from hydroxypropylated starch, porous water-soluble starch, polydextrose and water-soluble dextrin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
