IQ CHANNEL ASSIGNMENT METHOD AND DEVICE

The present invention provides an in-phase quadrature (IQ) data channel assignment method and device. The method comprises: deciding that a base band processing (BP) unit in an exceptional state exists in a base band unit (BBU), and when a used base band IQ channel exists on the BP unit, forming radio IQ channels associated to the used base band IQ channel into a group to be assigned, the used base band IQ channel being a base band IQ channel that has already been associated to the radio IQ channels; the radio IQ channels being located on a radio remote unit (RRU), and one or more radio IQ channels correspond to logical carrier frequencies according to the pre-configuration; deleting correspondence between the used base band IQ channel on the BP unit in an exceptional state and the radio IQ channels in the group to be assigned; and reassociating the radio IQ channels in the group to be assigned with the base band IQ channel according to a preset rule. The present invention can solve the problem in the exiting IQ channel assignment that, when a BP unit in an exceptional state exists, the logical carriers borne on the BP unit fail to be served.
