<p>The present invention provides a high interference indicator (HII)information determination method, device, and system. The method comprises: a serving eNB obtaining its carrier and bandwidth information and a neighboring cell; the serving eNB determining, according to its carrier and bandwidth information and the neighboring cell, whether the serving eNB and the neighboring cell have an overlapping spectrum, and determining whether the serving eNB has high interference on the overlapping spectrum; when the serving eNB and the neighboring cell have the overlapping spectrum and the serving eNB has high interference on the overlapping spectrum, the serving eNB generating HII information and sending same to the neighboring cell. In the present invention, the HII information sent by an X2 port is only for target cells satisfying conditions, thereby reducing the signaling overheads of the X2 port. Unrelated neighboring cells do not process the HII information anymore, thereby reducing the calculation amount of the neighboring cells. Upon receiving the HII information, unnecessary neighboring cells do not perform any analysis anymore, thereby reducing the probability thereof for making wrong bias.</p> |
