<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for reducing a processing time to be spent on the generation of a common file when an original document is not necessary and the file capacity of the generated common file in the case of converting an application file into the common file. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a file conversion part 204 configured to convert an original document to be processed into a format which is uniformly treatable by an application, and to generate a common file; an application UI part 203 configured to accept an instruction to the common file; and a document edition application 202 configured to store the original document in the common file when the common file is shifted to an editable state according to the instruction, and not to store the original document in the common file when the common file is not shifted to the editable state according to the instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
