This invention comprises: an electric motor (33) fixed to a rotary frame (5); an electric device (36) supported on the rotary frame (5) through the use of a vibration-isolating mount (38); and a cable (46) that connects between the electric motor (33) and the electric device (36). The housing (37) of the electric device (36) is provided with a connector attachment member (39) having an outer shape that is smaller than the housing (37), and the connector attachment member (39) is provided with a device-side connector (40). The cable-side connector (46A) of the cable (46) is connected to the device-side connector (40), and the cable end of the cable (46) is fixed to the housing (37) with a clamping member (50). Thus, vibrations transmitted to the cable (46) and the cable-side connector (46A) can be made the same.
