<p>Provided are an electrode pad and an airway management apparatus comprising the same, whereby the airway can be reliably managed by a simple operation. The present invention comprises: a stimulus-supplying device (3) capable of supplying an electrical stimulus; a pair of electrodes (4, 5) which can be electrically connected to the stimulus-supplying device (3); and a pair of electroconductors (6, 7) which are electrically connected to the pair of electrodes (4, 5), respectively, and have an electroconductive adhesive surface (10a) that can be adhered to the skin of a patient. In a state where a patient (J) is viewed from the side, the adhesive surfaces (10a) are large enough to cover a range comprising at least a part of the hyoid bone (J1) of the patient (J), at least a part of the geniohyoid muscle (J3) extending upward from the hyoid bone (J1), and at least a part of the sternohyoid muscle (J4) extending downward from the hyoid bone (J1).</p> |
