<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new transmission in which a center distance is properly shortened. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission transfers a power between a first rotor (high speed rotor 10) and a second rotor (low speed rotor 20). The first rotor is supported rotatably on a fist axis 13A, and has a first facing surface 11A facing the first axis 13A. The first facing surface 11A is equipped with a coupling member (protrusion 12) in a position shifted from the first axis 13A. The second rotor is supported rotatably on a second axis 23A arranged in parallel with and shifted from the first axis 13A, and has a second facing surface 12A facing the first facing surface 11A. The second facing surface 12A is equipped with a guide (groove 22) engaged with the coupling member. The guide extends along the hypocycloid made when a moving circle having a fixed point in the position of the coupling member, rolls inside a fixed circle, and the coupling member is movable along the direction in which the guide extends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
