An unmanned automatic overhauling device for electric transmission lines includes a walking equipment (1) for walking on the line, a shearing equipment (2) for shearing foreign objects, a fault inspection equipment (3,6), a power source, a frame (4) and a control system. The control system is used for controlling the power source, the walking equipment and the shearing equipment. The walking equipment, the shearing equipment, the fault inspection equipment and the power source are provided on the frame. The power source supplies electric power to the shearing equipment and the walking equipment, and is electrically connected to the fault inspection equipment. The shearing equipment is disposed under the walking equipment. The unmanned automatic overhauling device for electric transmission lines can remove the foreign objects on the electric transmission lines without cutting off the electric power, and can monitor the electric transmission lines by a camera to inspect the fault of the electric transmission lines.
