<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently suppress the deterioration of a laser diode. <P>SOLUTION: A laser diode drive device (1, 2) comprises: a light source part (20) having a laser diode (LD) and means(MD) for detecting a light emitting output of the laser diode; and a control part (10) electrically connected to the light source part, and having at least part of an output control circuit (11) for controlling the light emitting output of the laser diode in response to the output of the means for detecting the light emitting output. The light source part further comprises: parts (L11, L12, L13) of a first power supply path for supplying power to the output control circuit; and a second power supply path in which one end is electrically connected to a part of the first power supply path and the other end is electrically connected to the means for detecting the light emitting output, and for supplying power to the means for detecting the light emitting output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
