MAKE-UP WATER AND BLOW DOWN SYSTEM FOR COOLING TOWER

A water supplement and forced drainage system of a cooling tower is provided to reduce sizes of a cooling water circulating pump and a cooling water pipe when the amount of circulated cooling water is reduced. A water supplement and forced drainage system of a cooling tower comprise a water supplement unit(30a) and a forced drainage unit(40). The water supplement unit includes a flow valve, a supplement water control valve(31a), a supplement water inflow pipe(32) and a supplement water outflow pipe(33). The flow valve supplies and blocks the supplement water. A water supplement outflow pipe is connected between a cooling water outflow pipe(25) and the supplement water control valve to supply the supplement water to a water collecting tank through the cooling water outflow pipe and a cooling water inflow pipe.
