The reel has an inner diameter ranging from 20 mm to 800 mm, an outer diameter ranging from 21 mm to 830 mm, a wall thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 25 mm, and a width ranging from 1.5 mm to 300 mm. The toothing includes a width ranging from 0.001 mm to 500 mm. The toothing includes a height ranging from 0.001 mm to 50 mm. The toothing is designed in an angular, round, pointed or free formed surface. The natural fiber is hemp, jute, flax, sisal, cotton, viscose, spruce, beech and coconut fiber. The biopolymer is lignin, polybutylene adipate-co-terphthalate (PBAT), polybutylene succinate (PBS), polycaprolactone (PCL) pr polyglycolic acid (PGA).
