<p>Provided is an optical tomographic image apparatus whereby an optical tomographic image of a subject can be acquired rapidly. This optical tomographic image acquisition apparatus is founded on FD-OCT, wherein a detection unit (50A) for detecting interference light comprises a lens (51), a reflective diffraction grating (52A), a deflection section (53), a lens (54), and a light-receiving unit (55). The interference light, having been collimated by the lens (51), is dispersed by the reflective diffraction grating (52A); each wavelength of light is outputted in different directions, depending on the wavelength, deflected by the deflection section (53), and focused by the lens (54) onto a light-receiving surface of the light-receiving unit (55). An optical tomographic image of a subject is acquired on the basis of the correspondence relationship between a light irradiation position at which the subject is irradiated and the deflection angle imparted by the deflection section (53), and on the basis of the optical power distribution detected by the light-receiving unit (55).</p> |
