<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus whose supporting unit is detachable from the apparatus main body and which is capable of preventing itself from falling down. <P>SOLUTION: A process unit 9 supports each of process cartridges 13 housing a developer, and is capable of moving between a housing position for being housed within a main body casing 2 and a withdrawal position for being withdrawn from the main body casing 2. On the process unit 9 detachable from the main body casing 2 in the withdrawal position, provided is, in a state where the process unit 9 is in the housing position, a far side grip 33 disposed in front of a rear end part of the farthest process cartridge 13 and a near side grip 32 disposed in front of the far side grip 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
