<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of easily (namely, noninvasively) and accurately diagnosing and examining disorder related to abnormalities of glomerulus filtration membrane such as minimal change nephrotic syndrome and membranous nephropathy. <P>SOLUTION: The disorder related to the abnormalities of glomerulus filtration membrane is examined by measuring an amount of PDCD6IP (programmed cell death 6 interacting protein) in a urine sample collected from a subject. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
