The present invention relates to a flexible down jacket, in which a flexible spandex material is used for a liner and an outer shell of the down jacket to enable the easy activity of a wearer, and in which urethane coating layers are formed on the liner and the outer shell of the down jacket so as to prevent down from escaping from the down jacket through the air gap formed by the elongation of the spandex material and exhibit waterproof effects. The down jacket of the present invention eliminates the need for a separate sewing operation when the liner and the outer shell are heated as the urethane coating layers on the liner and the outer shell are melted and adhered together, thereby enabling the easy manufacture of a down jacket and preventing down from escaping through the needle hole which might otherwise be formed during sewing. The flexible down jacket according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is made of a double fabric having a liner and an outer shell, and a plurality of compartments, formed by partitioning the liner and the outer shell, is filled with down, and the liner and the outer shell are made of a spandex material, and urethane coating layers are formed at surfaces of the liner and outer shell that face each other. |
