<p>The present invention stably transmits prestress of PC steel to a prestressed concrete structure while suppressing the occurrence of voids in a sheath for the PC steel by devising the shape of the sheath to be used when the concrete structure is constructed. This sheath (1) for PC steel is provided with a helically corrugated pipe-shaped body (10). By making the volume of grout (4) fitted into an inner peripheral helical groove (13) of the pipe-shaped body (10) larger than the volume of a concrete structure (2) fitted into an outer peripheral helical groove (12) of the pipe-shaped body (10), the strength on the grout (4) side is intensively increased. Consequently, even when the occurrence of voids in the sheath (1) is suppressed by filling the grout (4) with low viscosity (good fluidity), the cured grout (4) is easily neither cracked nor broken, thereby making it possible to stably transmit prestress of PC steel (3) to the concrete structure (2).</p> |
