[Problem] To provide an automatic preparation system that is for a blood collection tube and that is able to reduce final read errors of information from an RFID tag. [Solution] The automatic preparation system for a blood collection tube is characterized by being configured in a manner so that, on the basis of order information from a physician and relating to blood collection from a patient, the blood collection tube necessary for blood collection from the patient is selectively removed, information relating to the examination of the patient on the basis of the order information is written to the RFID tag of the blood collection tube, information relating to the examination of patients is batch-read from all the RFID tags in a preparation-completion housing vessel that houses at least the post-information-writing blood collection tubes by patient, the read information and the order information are compared, and when the read information does not match the order information, the preparation-completion housing vessel is moved in a manner so as to change the state of the RIFD tags in the preparation-completion housing vessel and re-reading and comparison are performed.
