The plant has a cubic, closed, resilient plastic container i.e. bellows container, comprising a heavy lid at an upper part, and a turbine arranged at the center of the lid. The heavy lid is moved upward with the turbine by buoyancy force produced by an artificial air bladder, when the bladder is inflated with pressurized air by a compressed air generator. The container is filled with water by suction force generated by upward movement of the lid, such that electrical energy is generated by the turbine using the flow of water into the container.
