Disclosed are a method and device for processing an ISDN service. The method comprises: an access gateway decoding a message of an ISDN service; and processing the ISDN service according to a decoding result. The present invention solves the problem in the related art that an ISDN service is interrupted when communication between an uplink service interface and soft switching is interrupted and achieves the effect that an ISDN service is not interrupted when communication between an uplink service interface and soft switching is interrupted.
