Rotary pump with two bearing elements and a flow channel

The pump has a rotor rotated around a rotational axis, and a rotational bearing. A bearing element connected with the rotor is rotatably supported at another bearing element i.e. bearing sleeve (21). The former element has sliding areas (21', 21'', 21''') that lie at the latter element in a sliding manner. A channel area is formed adjacent to the sliding areas at the former element and arranged at a distance from the latter element under formation of a bearing gap in a radial direction such that a flow channel (50) for cooling and/or lubricating fluid is formed in the channel area.
