PURPOSE: An optical member, a display device with the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively protect wavelength conversion particles from external moisture and/or oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition with wavelength conversion particles is coated on a substrate(511). The substrate comprises a first area(R1) and a second area(R2). A photo-curable and/or thermosetting resin composition(551) is coated on an area around the first area. A first wavelength conversion layer(563) and a second wavelength conversion layer(566) are formed on the substrate by hardening the resin composition. |
