<p>PURPOSE: A bellows for a vacuum valve is provided to extend the life of the bellows by equalizing stress applied to external ring-shaped ridge parts and internal ring-shaped valley parts when the bellows are stretched. CONSTITUTION: A bellows(8) for a vacuum valve comprises ring-shaped valley parts and ring-shaped ridge parts. The ring-shaped valley parts are formed in the peripheral wall of a metal container and are protruded from the interior of the metal container. The ring-shaped ridge parts are protruded from the exterior of the metal container. The ring-shaped valley parts and the ring-shaped ridge parts are successively formed in an axial direction of the metal container by turns.</p> |
