PURPOSE: A server system for managing relations between shipbuilding providers and a method thereof are provided to establish and execute customized level-enhancing strategies for each subcontractor by considering features of procured items and levels of subcontractors. CONSTITUTION: A basic information managing unit(110) manages basic information about shipping materials and basic information about the level diagnosis of subcontractors. A strategy managing unit(140) establishes and executes cooperation strategies and promotion strategies for the subcontractors based on the level diagnosis result of the subcontractors and a procurement feature analysis result. The strategy managing unit monitors the execution result. The strategy managing unit performs customized procurement strategy management for the subcontractors through the monitoring.
