PURPOSE: A sidewalk and road structure and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent an unequal settlement and the damage to a sidewalk and road by widely absorbing the shock generated from the upper part. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a sidewalk and road comprises following steps. A base layer is formed(S110). A plurality of support members is positioned on the base layer. A grid layer is formed by hanging a grid to the supporting member(S120). A rubble layer is formed by placing rubble on the grid layer(S130). A surface layer is formed on the rubble layer(S140). The surface layer is formed into one of the concrete layer, asphalt layer and the block layer.
