PURPOSE: An advertisement service system using an intrinsic code and a providing method thereof are provided to increase the usefulness of marketing by charging a prepaid card after a user watches an advertisement and scans the intrinsic code with a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(110) scans an intrinsic code exposed on an advertisement. The portable terminal decodes the scanned intrinsic code to obtain intrinsic advertisement information according to the advertisement. A portable terminal management server(120) generates, stores, and manages intrinsic portable terminal information. The portable terminal management server is connected with the portable terminal to receive the obtained advertisement information. A prepaid card charging server(130) charges a prepaid card with a pre-allocated payment amount according to the advertisement information.
