PURPOSE: A rope gantry for a pedestrian passage is provided to prevent excessive power from being transferred to the gantry and to prevent water from flowing into the gantry. CONSTITUTION: A rope gantry for a pedestrian passage comprises a body portion(100) and a rope through hole(300). The body portion is formed in a cylinder shape and is installed on the ground. The rope through hole is formed by penetrating from one side to the other side of the body portion, and a rope passes through the rope through hole. The rope through hole is bent inside the body portion to apply fixing force to the rope when tension is applied to the rope.
