<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting element and a light emitting device are provided to enhance light extraction efficiency from the light emitting element by using composite materials with high transmittance to visible light as the light emitting element. CONSTITUTION: A hole injection layer(104) is formed on an anode(101). A hole transport layer(105) is formed on the hole injection layer. A light emitting layer(106) is formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(107) is formed on the light emitting layer.
