FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be used in main gas lines, underground gas storages, gas-distributing stations and other sites. Electrically-driven shutoff valve includes body with cover plate, worm gear drive consisting of worm shaft and worm gear wheel, electric drive, inlet and outlet flanges, movable gate and fixed seat with a seal. Position indicator of movable gate consists of housing-adapter, movable sleeve with internal thread, rotation locking device and scale on external surface, and position indicator of movable gate. Position indicator of movable gate is arranged on worm shaft. The latter is equipped at the location place of position indicator of movable gate with thread with the pitch providing the compliance of one turn of the worm shaft to one millimetre of movement of movable gate. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination of movable gate position in emergency situations. ^ 3 dwg |
