FIELD: measurement equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation equipment and may be used to stop threaded joints (bolts, pins), and also to measure forces and temperature in various threaded joints of building elements and structures. The force-measuring device comprises a device to fix a threaded rod, four resonators on surface acoustic waves and a reader. The device for fixation of a threaded rod comprises a nut, a threaded rod, a stop element in the form of a washer from elastic material, a flat washer, a washer with a collar, a connected part, a hole in the form of tabs, side walls and a force-measuring washer. Each resonator comprises a piezocrystal, electrodes, buses, a set of reflectors. The second resonator comprises a membrane. The force-measuring washer comprises transceiving antennas, sockets, through holes, high-frequency cables, a key bore, resonators on surface acoustic waves, an insulating protective material, a connecting layer, a soft elastic glue. The reader comprises a driving oscillator, power amplifiers, a duplexer, a transceiving antenna, multipliers, narrowband filters, high frequency amplifiers, phase detectors, phase meters, a registration unit and a summator. ^ EFFECT: reduced probability of emergencies in building structures of high strategic importance, through remote control of threaded rod alignment and reliability of its fixation. ^ 8 dwg |
