FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to exit gas heat utilisation and regenerative use devices and can be used in power, chemical, metallurgical and other industries. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that in regenerative heat exchanger with fluidised bed, which contains cylindrical housing separated with a coaxial shell into annular and central cylindrical chambers, overflow openings rotating between each other, annular gas distributing grid with shaped guide vanes and gas-permeable central support grid, the housing of heat exchanger is located at some angle to horizontal plane, central cylindrical chamber is equipped with gas distributor with guide vanes oriented in the direction of slope of solid particles of intermediate heat carrier, and annular gas distributing grid and gas distributor are located perpendicular to central axis of the unit housing. ^ EFFECT: heat exchanger design allows increasing its efficiency and improving its reliability, implementing compact multi-stage counter-flow scheme of movement of gaseous heat carriers. ^ 4 dwg |
