<p>A technology which not only increases a Zn recovery ratio to near 100%, but also removes dust and ammonia gas to reduce the environmental cost is provided. An apparatus and method for recovering Zn from Zn dross comprises: a heating evaporation tank(100) for heating and evaporating a mixture of an upper dross and a lower dross comprising zinc and aluminum with a predetermined content range; a liquefaction standby tank(300) for liquefying the gas evaporated in the heating evaporation tank and standing ready for supply of a liquefied material; a gas injection pipe(120) for injecting a non-oxidative gas into the heating evaporation tank; a gas moving pipe(200) for connecting the heating evaporation tank and the liquefaction standby tank to move the evaporated gas and the non-oxidative gas; a gas exhaust pipe(310) installed on the liquefaction standby tank to exhaust the non-oxidative gas; and a molten metal replenishing pipe(330) installed on the liquefaction standby tank to replenish the liquefied material into molten metal.</p> |
