PURPOSE: A heat insulating and waterproofing method for a building is provided to have excellent insulation performance, incombustible performance, and soundproofing performance and to simultaneously construct both insulating and waterproofing works. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating and waterproofing method for a building includes next steps. A target coating surface to be constructed an insulation work is prepared. A primer is primarily coated on the target coating surface. The primer is composed of at least one of epoxy resin, acryl resin, and urethane resin. Expansive perlite crushed particles are coated by adhesives. Reinforced perlite composition is formed by coating cement, white clay, or red clay on perlite particles coated by adhesive synthetic resin to reinforce rupture strength and tensile strength. |
